Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Quality of food never up to par. The mild salsa barely has tomatoes. They always, literally always, run out of meat. And even when they're not busy (3-5 people in line) you have to wait almost 15 minutes to get your food. Horrible!

The Phone rings and rings and rings. No one ever picks up.

Can't go wrong with chipotle. Line was long but went quickly. Staff was friendly and good tasted great. Yum.

a joke. I like Chipotle's.. I'm just used to them being well run. I went today to pick up two online orders. They were 30 minutes late from my scheduled pick up time and they have a broken machine and couldn't give me the chips that my friend had ordered. oh, and they gave me the wrong order for mine... now I'm eating the burrito bowl for another guy named Robert. I hope we get another Chipotle nearby, this one shouldn't be allowed to be part of the franchise.

You can't not love a Chipolte burrito so overall my food was satisfying. The process however included more stress and time than ever required. It took 10-15 minutes waiting in line for whomever to take charge and start making food- respectivelyin my opinion every employee that I interacted with did not care about their job or customer satisfaction whatsoever. As I'm finishing my burrito building process I'm told they were guacless... Where was the sign at the door? No "outage" sign...? I was disappointed. Then because of my girlfriend's honesty we managed to correct the cashier and make correct change- the female cashier almost gave us triple was what owed... Simply put I hate negative reviews (especially at MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT) and I'm sorry for being that guy, but if I was the franchise owner I would want to know that my employees are not putting in their best efforts. It's unfortunate but the difference is worth driving to other locations despite the inconvenience. The chefs in the back that I did not interact with ... the burrito and meats were delicious!

Chipotle is always good. The steak has alot of seasoning. Guacamole is delicious. I also love the cilantro rice. Plain rice is also available.
(5)Tiffany P.
WHy is it that when you place an online order they don't read the comments and it's never ready at the time you specify? This is great food but if you can't satisfy your online orders don't offer them.

They food and service here are phenomenal! I especially want to give a shout out to service manager Brian Yepez, whose quality of service was superlative. While he went to assist in cooking, I thought to myself " that is the paradigm of Chipotle, a real Mexican making the food." His hard work and dedication to support his extended family on both sides of the border are much appreciated by all! Thank you Denthil!

I waited in a line of 10 people for over 15 minutes. absolutely ridiculous! the more I eat at different chipotle locations the more I realize that the restaurants are very poorly managed. it's too bad really. I will skip this location next time I have a craving simply due to the enormous amount of time killed waiting in line.

Normally a four star fast food experience, this Chipotle unit rivals Waffle House for dirty. Dirty tables. Dirty pots in plain view. Dirty grill backsplash. Dirty crusted glass at the serving station. Dirty metal walls. Overflowing trash cans. Go to the Glades locations or somewhere else.

I usually love Chipotle and have been going to their restaurants out in California for years. Unfortunately this is the closest Chipotle we live to now. Whenever we pick up orders to go, they are ALWAYS wrong. The people who work there have no sense of customer service. The line, no matter how many people are in it, always takes forever. I've been waiting at the cash register before and the employee literally sat on her phone texting for a good minute before she helped me. It's too bad because I love Chipotle and will probably keep going here but I hate the experience every time.

I'm not a big chain restaurant fan, but Chipotle is quick, easy and relatively inexpensive. This location is very fast and friendly. And, unless it was a mistake not once, but twice, they don't charge you for guac if you get vegetarian. Just a tip for you! There's always a line at this location, but I've never waited very long. They have the efficiency down. The location is very convenient, though sometimes the traffic can be a pain when leaving.

Ordered 2 hard tacos, carnitas taco and a steak taco at 8:37pm and said order will be ready at 9pm. it was not ready at 9:13pm when I arrived to pick up the order. I waited a while and the manager told me they did not have hard tacos they needed to be fried, I did not want to wait so I went with the soft tacos. When I arrived home there was a steak taco and one with Chicken, really after all that? Completely disappointed, with the long wait for an order I put in online ahead of time and getting my order WRONG!!

One of my favorite places to go to. The service is quick and the food is good. The workers are very nice too!!

Here is the deal! I eat Chipotle at least 3 to 4 times a week I love it my kids love it. I have never been treated or talked to like I was a 5 year old by an employee of an establishment in my life. I local and I by lunch for my employees there at least twice a month as well. This is a very large order as wellIf this is the way this owner/GM runs and hires in his establishment then he has more then my business to lose. I understand that management wants to keep expense low but to hire people who are completely ignorant and disrespectful is just bad business. My family and I will never buy from this establishment again. I also will tell everyone I know to go to another establishment.

This Chipotle branch is as good as Chipotle can get. They are very fast and efficient. I go there about once a week. They always serve you a little extra than the portion size. Their line can be wrapped around outside but the average wait time is about 10 minutes. They are clean and friendly. I usually get the bowl with barbacoa and brown rice with a side tortilla. They can give you the tortilla on the side or in the bowl like an open burrito. Just writing this review makes me want to head over there. If you never had Chipotle you have no idea what you are missing in your life :) Say Hi next time...

Dear god, this place was crazy. I've never been to a Chipotle that was so poorly organized. Usually the assembly-line way of putting burritos and other fare together works, but not at this location. It wasn't even a lunchtime rush and there was a line out the door. It was obvious that the staff was the reason for this because the dining area was empty while the line was out the door. Our food was good, but no better than other [better-organized] Chipotle establishments I've been to. "Meh" is definitely the word to describe this place.

I went here today for the first time to pick up to go for a retirement lunchy thing. I called my order in, spoke with 2 different ladies, both super nice. Came in 15 min later, the place was slammed w lunch crowd, but I only waited like 5 minutes for my order. They apologized all over the place for the 5 minutes and offered a complimentary drink while I waited, unnecessary but so nice. Staff is terrif, smiling thru a crazy rush with a great attitude. I only dropped the food off & didn't taste, but it smelled delish.

I've eaten at Chipotle restaurants multiple times. Their food is always consistent but so is their service which can be good and bad. It seems every time I go into a Chipotle, especially this one in Delray, there are 6 people behind the line doing a job that 3 people could do. I understand they want to be quick with service but when you walk in and have 3 people talking to you at the same time it becomes extremely annoying and confusing. I placed the order for my son and started to place the order for myself and the next person on the line is asking me what I'd like on my son's quesadilla at the same moment the other server is asking me what I want to eat. I barely could tell the guy what I wanted for myself when I was also being asked what toppings I would like on something I JUST ordered from someone else. If you're confused by all this then good, you know how I felt. I was barely done ordering when the register guy jumped in and asked what kind of drink I wanted and if it was for here or to go. I hadn't even decided what kind of salsa I wanted on my order never mind what drink I wanted. When one of the line "cooks" asked what else I wanted for my child's quesadilla. I looked at him and said well he's already got 2 sides... I just need the quesadilla. He then asked well does he want anything else with it like cheese? I was confused and said well he got a chicken quesadilla, it comes with cheese in it right? And he said yea then piled more shredded cheese onto the plate like he was done with that discussion my time with him was taking too long so I get cheese no matter what. Who would get a side of shredded cheese with a cheese and chicken quesadilla? When I put the tray in front of my 7 year old even he looked at the random mound of shredded cheese then at me and said "what is that?" After being frustrated by the rushed ordering service my family and I sat down and proceeded to watch other families get bombard with multiple people talking to them at once. We could tell they were just as annoyed with what was going on. There was no need for 6 people doing a 3 person job. There wasn't even a line in the place. I've worked 13 years in the restaurant industry waiting tables and bar tending it does not take 6 people to scoop meat, salsa rice and a topping or 2 onto a plate. I think we'll have to take our Mexican cravings else where like Moe's or La Bamba.

Drive 10 miles north and do your self a favor go to Moe's!!!!!!! Over priced & overrated!!! 19$ for a corona(that they didn't have like for) ,3 terrible tacos & 1 bean burrito. Only half scent was the burrito minus the peppers/onions that were terribly cooked. Ordered 3 beef tacos asked for rice and beans on side and they put it in the taco leaving no room for any other toppings tried to stop them but he just kept going, very stupid and very frustrating especially for the cost AND THEY CAME WITH NOTHING!!!! At least at Moe's they come with Chips and a salsa bar!! Wouldn't go back and the lines are ridiculous I really don't get the hype
(1)Arie S.
Value at $7 but slow-moving long lines are a turn-off. This location also tends to be stingy with the meat.
(2)Jason G.
I really do have love/hate relationship with Chipotle. There are times where I can eat there two or three times a week without thinking twice and then there are times where I can go months because something turns me off. Take their chicken for example, free range, no hormones blah blah blah, it takes like dried up tofu chunks to me. I don't like their meats very much, maybe the barbacoa (pork) but with all the hippie things you can do to it, it's still cancer causing. These are the sick thoughts I get in my head when dealing with Chipotle. I like their simplistic format and assembly lines. It's convenient but the lines horrible at lunch, its like going to Comcast and picking up a cable box. You know what irks me about Chipotle too? The fact they used to give you 4 tacos when they opened. Now they have trimmed it down to just 3 measly tacos, yet at the same price. Another thing that annoys me is when people talk about Mexican food they have the audacity to mention this place. There is nothing wrong with Chipotle but it is not Mexican food. It's like the Louis CK of Mexican food, but I want Salma Hayek Mexican if we're talking real Mexican. Moe's give you more, like free guacamole, chips and salsa but there aren't nearly as many Moe's so we are subjected to Chipotle. For something quick and easy, this is the move, but I'm only saying that because I'm currently in love with them. Next week I may not be feel so inclined to support.

Of course one of my first reviews has to be about Chipotle!! I am a huge fan of Chipotle and it can never go wrong. I go there quite often and they pretty much already know what I am going to order. If you haven't been here before you do not know what your missing. I always go for the barbacoa bowl with the following items: white rice with lemon and cilantro flavor, pinto beans, the juicy barbacoa meat, tomato salsa, and sour cream. It is definitely mouth watering. I also get the guacamole dip with chips. It is the best! I'm craving Chipotle as I write this review. Might have it for dinner tonight :) Yum. Everyone working here are very friendly and laid back. We chat with the manager and he is always making sure we are satisfied. The decoration is pretty cool. If you notice every Chipotle uses the same decorations, however, not one Chipotle is identical to each other.. Their layouts are totally different. (I actually did a presentation about Chipotle for a school project.. I am full of facts about them. They are super clean and I love how they always have music playing in the background. It is very laid back and relaxing to eat there. Chipotle is definitely as good as it gets!

Quick and effective lol. Chipotle is what it is. Chain restaurant you tell them what you want and they give it to you plain and simple. Good flavor quick service and inexpensive nothing else. I recommend it if you are in the mood of tex mex food

I have eaten at many chipotles but this one give small portions and the customer service is non existing. I would never go back to this store if I had another chipotle around.
(1)Joe B.
Ya the food is good, but it is so crowded, my call ahead order is never ready on time and they are always out of guacamole.
(2)Bill S.
I really like this place for lunch....awesome burritos. I usually order a 1/2 pork (very mild) and 1/2 shredded beef (very spicy) and the two flavors really compliment each other. This location is great, clean, lots of seats and adequate parking. For a bonus go to the Creme yogurt next door as it too is awesome.
(4)Tiffany N.
I wish I would have thought of the whole Chipotle concept because every single time I go into this one, it's packed. They have fresh flavors and a limited menu which makes it easier to pick something rather than some other places that have too many options. Their barbacoa is absolutely delightful and it's one of those things that I want to snarf down however at the same time I don't because if I do, it will be gone in 60 seconds. Even their guacamole is surprisingly fresh and tangy along with their hint of lime tortilla chips, I'm in Mexican heaven. And I've said it once and I'll say it again-they lace their Coca Cola with crack. Seriously. Ok not really but they do something to it and me thinks its great!
(4)Karl D.
This Chipotle always seems busy, but the line moves very fast. Same quality as other Chipotles we have been to. Looking forward to being a regular.
(5)Chuck S.
Second time ordering online at this Chipotle location and for the second time the food was not ready at the requested time slot! 18 minutes the first time and a full 20 minutes this time. Other locations have the food cooked, bagged and ready to travel when you walk in. Very disappointed ... Twice. Not sure we will be back. Moe's is looking good!!
(1)Joshua Z.
They would not make me a Quesorito. For those of you who dont know...look it up. It is a burrito with a quesedilla used for the skin. They will do it at the one in Delray but not in Boca...Boo
(3)Steveaol.com N.
Not a fan, after waiting in line out the door, I was skipped over in line, it became obvious they were willing to serve the hot girl in front of me and the lady with the big jugs behind me. I guess its close enough to Boca Raton so that I became invisible. Don't waste your time here when Moe's is right down the street .
(1)Paul F.
This place is a gold mine. It is ALWAYS crowded on a Friday night. Next door CREMES is located. So, come for the Burrito Bowl and Gelato next door. Fun experience. Love Love Love adding their spices as desired. :) smile and wave!
(5)Stephanie M.
The line at this Chipotle always move fast. Food is consistent, staff friendly... What else can I say about a chain? It works.
(4)Tamil R.
I liked both white/brown rice bowl combined with grilled chicken a nd salads. Don't miss the chipotle dip cream which is in light green color (next time I shd get the name) and it adds taste more. But it is extra price. Over all I'm a frequent visitor to this restaurant.
(4)Thais A.
Not bad. I'm a fan of Moe's so Chipotle will always be my 2nd choice. Personally I find some items way too spicy, like the steak. This always makes me wonder what parents do when they bring little kids here. The only protein with no spice is the chicken-- not many options for the little ones. Also, every time I've tried their lime chips they over salt them. Overall, nice clean environment. Cool decor. But again, I love Moe's and this places comes in 2nd in my book.
